Hanging Out

The past few days have been great. Charlie is battling a slight cold but it's not slowing him down. Thank goodness, there are no lingering effects from the seizure or the penicillin allergy. He continues to learn new things all the time. His current obsession is the shape sorter. He's not very good at it yet, but he's determined to figure it out.
Another thing he is finally picking up is the Hog call! Yes, after months and months of trying to teach him "Woooo Pig Sooie", he will finally raise his arms up. He doesn't make the sounds yet, but we are getting there! Maybe by baseball season!!
That tooth has STILL not come through on top. It is amazing. We have been able to see it for 3 weeks yet it just won't break through. He is probably the only 14 and 1/2 month old out there with only 2 teeth! I guess if it doesn't bother him, it shouldn' t bother us.
He loves it when we say "Yabba-Dabba-Doo!" and he tries to copy it. It's the cutest thing. And finally, finally he is sitting through a whole book at bedtime. I really want him to like reading but so far, he's just had no patience for it. Maybe we are getting somewhere, finally. Here are a few pictures of him enjoying his first Happy Meal at McDonald's (which he completely finished save for a few fries) and him playing at home.
